Mark Wong
Founder of IMPOSSIBREW
Mark Wong is the founder of IMPOSSIBREW. Born in Hong Kong, he moved to the UK at 13, attended school in Canterbury and graduated from Durham University with a First-class degree in Philosophy.
He qualified as a French Wine Scholar, worked with Professor Paul Chazot on early product research and launched IMPOSSIBREW in 2021. He appeared on Dragons' Den in 2022.
